First Real Post

I figured that now would be a good time to write my first REAL post. I have a lot of work to do today, so naturally I’m putting it off to blog!

I’ve had the best couple of days ever. I’m working on reorganizing my life, so yesterday I bought a Post-it calendar to hang up in my room. It’s really convenient. I write down all important things on the calendar itself, and then chores/work/to do lists on a post it. This forces me to get the important things done, and it allows me to procrastinate because I can move chores to other days without messing up my calendar. It’s perfect!

I’m starting a new job on Sunday, and I’m kind of nervous that I wont be able to handle my first semester of teaching and working at the same time. Not to mention the fact that my computer is not doing so well, and all my lessons for both school and work are done on the computer. I wonder if I can figure out a deal where I can pay off a new computer monthly without ending up paying thousands of dollars in interest. We’ll see…

I can hear Bailey growling. She’s a few feet down the hallway in the living room guarding her puppy cookie. I just caught her trying to hide it under my pillow. I chased her out of my room, and I take it she still hasn’t found a suitable place for it. Her growling has scared Myah. She’s hiding under my desk on my feet. She’s so gentile and definitely too big to be curled up on top of my toes, but I love her, and I don’t have the heart to make her move.

Okay, got to get back to work now.

I still love this song.

“All of this around us’ll fall over
I tell you what we’re gonna do
You will shelter me my love
And I will shelter you”

These are my babies, Myah and Bailey. I don’t plan on talking about them all the time, but since my blog is titled Love Me, Love My Dog, I figured I should at least put up a picture or two of my adorable puppies. Myah (the black one) is almost two, and Bailey (the yellowish lab) is seven months and is still SUCH a puppy.
